These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConstaBilling website (constabilling.ca) and, once launched, the ConstaBilling claims and billing platform, operated by Constabilling Inc. ("ConstaBilling," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Toronto, Ontario. By using this website or signing up for launch notifications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

ConstaBilling is a claims and billing platform built for Ontario physicians and their clinic staff, developed by the team behind Ontario's largest physician billing platform. Constabilling Inc. is an employee-owned company with no outside investors.

2. Pre-launch website

This site is currently a pre-launch page. It is intended to share information about ConstaBilling and let visitors sign up to be notified when the platform becomes available. Features, pricing, and functionality described on this site or elsewhere may change before launch.

3. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
Use the site to transmit harmful code or interfere with its operation
Submit false or misleading information through our sign-up form

4. SMS / text messaging terms

If ConstaBilling offers SMS text messaging (for example, one-time verification codes as part of two-factor authentication), the following terms apply to that program:

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ConstaBilling related to your account, including verification codes.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent until you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may vary; ConstaBilling and its carriers are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the ConstaBilling name and marks — is owned by Constabilling Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. No warranty

This website and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Constabilling Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or SMS program.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as we approach launch. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.
