Effective date: July 27, 2026
Constabilling Inc. ("ConstaBilling," "we," "us," or "our") provides a claims and billing platform for Ontario physicians and their clinic staff. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website (constabilling.ca) and, once launched, the ConstaBilling application.
Right now, before launch, we collect only what's needed to notify you when we go live and to respond to inquiries:
Once the ConstaBilling platform launches, we will also collect information needed to provide billing services to physicians and clinics, which will be described in an updated version of this policy before that feature goes live. That will include information such as name, clinic affiliation, and mobile phone number for account security (see Section 3, below).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from ConstaBilling — for example, one-time codes used to verify your identity when logging in (two-factor authentication) — the following applies:
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our website and platform, including:
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.
ConstaBilling data is stored in Canada. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA).
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as we get closer to launch and add new platform features. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
